How Can I Help?
I am an online Licensed Professional Counselor offering therapy and mindfulness training in the state of Pennsylvania.
My therapeutic orientation is Cognitive-Behavioral and and Jungian-based, which means I seek to understand the deeper meanings for the reasons why we behave the way we do as well as offering concrete ways to manage symptoms. I also have extensive experience offering Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, which are research-proven methods of reducing stress, depression and anxiety.
Intake sessions are around 80 minutes, and regular weekly sessions are 60 minutes. My aim is for you to gain insight and learn ways to improve your overall mental wellness.

My model of spiritual direction can be defined as Anam Cara, or "soul friend." It is not therapy or pastoral counseling, but rather a supportive and encouraging companioning relationship that trusts the intuitive process of connecting to your unique spiritual path.
Each session varies and can include reflection on where the Spirit is moving in one's life, contemplative silence, movement, prayer, processing dreams and synchronicities, and/or contemplative art making. I also encourage the use of regular spiritual journaling and keeping a dream journal for use in sessions.
People come to spiritual direction for lots of reasons, such as major life changes, aging challenges, loss and grief, changes in faith or spirituality, and general spiritual support.
